NCC SSB Interview Workshops & Defence Career Guidance Programmes Across India
Er. Deepak Kumar Prasad has been actively conducting SSB Interview Workshops, Defence Career Guidance Programmes and Personality Development Sessions for National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets across India. Through interactive training, Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) development, Group Testing techniques and interview guidance, these workshops have helped NCC cadets prepare confidently for SSB Interviews, CDS, AFCAT, NDA and other officer entry examinations. His sessions have been appreciated by various NCC Battalions and Commanding Officers for their practical approach and positive impact on cadets.

Over the years, we have been invited by several NCC Battalions and training camps to conduct SSB Interview Workshops, Personality Development Sessions and Defence Career Guidance Programmes. ROHINI
7 Delhi Battalion NCC – Rohini, Delhi
Our association with 7 Delhi Battalion NCC has been one of our most rewarding journeys. We were invited as a Guest Speaker to conduct SSB Interview Workshops, Personality Development Sessions and Leadership Development Programmes during NCC Training Camps and Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Camp. The appreciation certificates awarded by the Commanding Officer reflect our continued contribution towards mentoring NCC cadets and preparing them for officer selection.
Ballia
93 UP Battalion NCC – Ballia
We had the privilege of conducting an SSB Interview Guidance Workshop at 93 UP Battalion NCC, Ballia, where cadets participated in interactive sessions covering Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), Group Planning Exercise (GPE), leadership skills and defence career awareness. The programme focused on building confidence and helping cadets understand the complete SSB Interview process through practical examples and group activities.
Sasaram
42 Bihar Battalion NCC – Sasaram
Our interaction with 42 Bihar Battalion NCC, Sasaram further expanded our nationwide outreach. During the workshop, cadets received structured guidance on SSB Interview preparation, communication skills, psychology tests and leadership qualities. The appreciation memento presented by the Commanding Officer reflects the success of the programme and our commitment to empowering future defence officers.

Beyond individual battalions, Er. Deepak Kumar Prasad has been invited to conduct guest lectures and special mentoring sessions at various NCC training camps. These sessions focus on personality development, defence career planning, Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), group discussions and practical preparation for SSB Interviews.
