PAPER 1: MATHEMATICS (300 Marks)

The Mathematics section tests Class 11 and 12 level concepts.

After clearing the written exam, candidates appear for the SSB Interview, which is conducted in two stages:

Stage 1: Screening Test

  • OIR (Officer Intelligence Rating)
  • PPDT (Picture Perception and Discussion Test)

Stage 2: Psychological and GTO Tests

Psychological Tests:

  • TAT (Thematic Apperception Test)
  • WAT (Word Association Test)
  • SRT (Situation Reaction Test)
  • SD (Self Description)

GTO Tasks:

  • Group Discussion (GD)
  • Group Planning Exercise (GPE)
