Joining Details

1. Our new batches commence every Sunday.
2. All candidates are required to arrive no later than 09:00 A.M. on Sunday.
3. Exceptional candidates seeking hostel accommodation can also check in on Saturday.
4. You have the option to make your fee payment online as well.

**Module 1: Personal Information Questionnaire (PIQ) Form**

– Explanation: 4 Hours

– Form Filling: 1 Hour

**Module 2: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) / Intelligence Test**

– 15 Practice Sets with Explanation

– Duration: 8 Hours

 

**Module 3: Picture Perception & Description Test (PPDT)**

– Lecture: 2.5 Hours

– Practice Sessions: 3 Sessions

– Total: 5.5 Hours

 

**Module 4: Thematic Apperception Test (TAT)**

– Lecture: 4 Hours

– Practice: 8 Hours

– Total: 12 Hours

 

**Module 5: Word Association Test (WAT)**

– Lecture: 4 Hours

**Module 6: Situation Reaction Test (SRT)**

GTO 5-Day Program

1. Only academy in Delhi NCR having complete GTO ground with all activities (Indoor/Outdoor)
2. Daily practice of lecturette and personality development and detailed feedback on each and every student
3. Daily practice of Group Discussion and proper feedback (Minimum: 5 GD)
4. Minimum 3 to 5 Group Planning Exercise and clarity on them
5. Minimum 2 days to outdoor activities with small batches with individual hands on practice
6. PPDT Practice
7. Demo interview for performing candidates
